Besides being an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, Qasim is a law graduate (LL.B.) from the University of Punjab, Pakistan together with Masters in International Trade Law (LL.M.) from the University of Wales, UK through the coveted British Chevening Scholarship scheme.
